Set quarter length to 6 min before the game.

Championships: STL Season 4 Champ
Anyone else having any trouble w/roms 7-8? kulseic tried to get in games numerous times, with each one desynching, almost immediately. we ended up playing our week 7 game with the wk2 rom, in preseason mode.
